We offer a full refund for all purchases made on our website where an unsuccessful order paid for and not provided. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can email support@outboundbpo.com

As stated by the Consumer Contracts Regulations “The right to cancel can be lost during the cancellation period if the service is provided in full before the 14 days elapses”. 

If you request cancellation of the service after the identity check has been processed no refund will be possible as the service will, at that stage, be deemed as having been completed in full.
